Thanks Best doors got a service man out as garage door making terrible noise he serviced door but after he left still making noise let them know and Earl came to check door not making noise now but he was happy to check and add lubricant. Also Jenny on phone was very helpful. Happy to recommend have been using this company for many years now.

A hinge broke on my garage door and needed replacing and the door needed servicing, adjusting lubricating etc. The service was fast and the attention to detail was as good as I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed.

I phoned a week ago as my roller door motor was failing. Was very impressed with the reception who explained all costs upfront and booked in for visit. Mark came today and was early, professional and got everything sorted for me. New motor, reset all my keys and gave everything a good look over and service not just the motor. They have definitely exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend. Very impressed.

In December last year we sought quotes to replace our garage door. Mark from Best Doors was especially helpful. Their quote was very competitive and their reviews on Google helped us decide to go with them. The Christmas and summer holiday shutdown meant we had to wait until 8th January before we could place our order. We visited their office showroom where Kerrie was very helpful. She helped us with advice on type of panels and colour. Shortly after emailed the amended quote and given the delay due to holidays, expedited the our order. In late. Christmas and holidays meant a backlog of orders and a couple of months wait. We were very pleased though when early February they installed the new door. Steve did an excellent job, was friendly and informative and cleaned up well afterwards. We cannot speak too highly of his work. Unfortunately one panel from the manufacturer had a small dent in it but was usable so installed. Steve apologised, took a photo of it and organised for a replacement to be made. This new panel was recently delivered by the manufacturer to Best Doors and today Ryan did a great job replacing the damaged panel with the new one and we are very pleased with the look of it.While a manufacturers problem, Best Doors from coming to quote to replacing the panel today have given totally first class service. We are very pleased with the new garage door and a big thankyou to Mark, Kerrie, Steve and Ryan for friendly and helpful service.

Some people appear to have had issues with Best Doors based in QLD but I can vouch for the Adelaide SA Best Doors team as their customer service, professionalism, product quality and reasonable pricing was second to none. Steve the salesman knows the industry well and advised us on the available products and options for or application. We required a higher height clearance for a new caravan so ended up ordering a custom sized/shaped panel lift door for our carport to replace an old roller door. The door was fitted yesterday and Steve the installer was a legend. He is obviously a man that takes pride in what he does and his workmanship is second to none. The door fits and works perfectly and looks great. I would highly recommend the Adelaide Best Doors team if you're looking for a new garage door.

Customer service is appalling. Once you buy and install they are generally unhelpful. Would not recommend FURTHER UPDATE: really appreciate Steven and Kevin’s assistance in getting this sorted. Control box screw was replaced and posts repaired. They also sorted out a faulty controller that needed resetting. Thank You

This review is based solely on my personal experience and opinions. We previously used East Coast Garage Doors and had a great experience, and I understand the business is now operated by Best Doors. Unfortunately, this time the sales and after-sales experience was not what I expected. There were a few issues with the installation, including the sensor posts being a different colour from what I understood would be provided. When problems arose, I was generally referred to a call centre rather than receiving direct guidance by phone or email, which I found unhelpful. When I opened the control box for the first time, the plastic screws appeared damaged. I raised this with the company but was told they would not replace them. This was disappointing given the total cost of the gate was close to $20,000. Nathan, who assisted with the installation, was excellent and suggested that the screws may not have been damaged by us, and said he would look into arranging replacements. During a phone call with one manager, another staff member joined the conversation unexpectedly, which took me by surprise. Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the company. UPDATE & REPLY: the business actually did not end up sorting some of the ongoing issues out - they refused to supply replacement parts for those that were defective. FURTHER UPDATE: really appreciate Steven and Kevin’s assistance in getting this sorted. Control box screw was replaced and posts repaired. Just had a service with Best Doors and couldn't be happier with the service. The technician (can't remember his name) was friendly, professional and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable re his product and explained everything he was doing. Will definitely get him back for our 12 monthly service. Thank you.

My garage door was serviced a long time ago by them and got their sticker with their number. I called them today and ask help for pairing the new remotes and the man and a nice girl, fix my issue in 5 mins. Thank you for your help. Great work. Will be back in future.

Highly recommend Best Doors Clontarf. The service is quick, friendly and professional. I’ve had them out a few times over the past 15 years to service my roller door and they’ve always delivered quality work. Today they programmed a new remote to an old motor within seconds. I owe it to Best Doors for why my garage door is still going strong.

Everyone we dealt with at Best Doors were good value and excellent operators! The company was recommended to me and they sent Steve to measure up next day! Door was ordered and the office manager Kerrie worked her magic to get the door made before Christmas! Have now got another Steve rigging the door up and i honestly cant believe how seamless the whole process was! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My Merlin door closer didn't close properly after a power outage and I contacted Best Doors.One of your staff told me that the door needed reprogramming, talked me through the problem, and gave me clear instructions on how to fix it which I managed to do successfully. Great service, prompt and thorough.

First visit - the gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable, he got our doors reprogrammed and working properly again. I feel I messed with it and needed expert assistance. Second visit - an electrical repair which needed the power turned off wiped the programming on both of our doors, to which the first gentleman was on leave so they sent someone else. That someone straight up told me he didn't know much about our Gliderol doors, called the manager to step him through reprogramming to which was unsuccessful and proceeded to advise me that BOTH of our motors were broken. I asked if they did a quote, could new units please be hooked up to our existing BFT remote system as we did not want to replace all our current remotes. Quote came through for 2 new motors AND a new receiver, which not what I had requested. Upon researching myself, I found our motors programming is up-side down so I ended up fixed them myself. The first gentleman gave me faith in this company, the second one did not.

Very happy with the service and help solving my issue with my garage door by RYAN. He was professional, friendly, also thorough. Happy to patiently answer my questions and give advice. Also wrote a thorough report which for me is helpful. Highly recommend.

Called best doors as I damaged my roller door and needed a quote. Neil was punctual and helpful and explained everything to me and even replaced some broken hinges for me on the spot. I will always go to best doors now due to their good old fashioned approach to customers and the fact that they actually want to help.

Three years ago we decided to replace our two old single roller doors at the front of our garage with a new motorised double panelift door with back up battery, and also motorise the old existing single hand-operated roller door at the rear. After looking at different garage door suppliers and installers we were confident in choosing Best Doors for the job. We were not disappointed! Steve did an excellent job with the installation and made adjustments to our old rear roller door to make sure it properly aligned. Best Doors provided a general service on our doors last week and we were equally impressed with the thorough job Lachlan did. Every single interaction we've had with staff in the team (Kerrie, Steve and Lachlan) has been friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Had the team out to fix a failed garage door recently. Great service and easy to work. The technician was friendly and worked through the fault efficiently with cost reduction in mind. Mark came out to check my garage doors, and within two and a half hours, he had repaired a broken manual door, and replaced the motor in an automatic door. Friendly, efficient service.

Great service, friendly helpful staff. Serviceman did an in-depth investigation of an issue I was having and identified the cause and made some adjustments to fix it as well as doing the regular service. The door is back to working perfectly now.

Ryan from Best Doors responded immediately to our call for help after a power failure caused our garage roller door to lock in the closed position, leaving our vehicle inside and unable to use. We were extremely concerned when Gliderol the original supplier of the door was unable to assist until after 30th January (3 weeks later). This caused us great stress as older adults with medical appointments and hospital treatment due that morning and the following week. Ryan from Best Doors as promised arrived that very day and repaired the door error and also serviced both our roller doors during that call out fee. We can’t recommend this company more highly for their professional work and attitude. We will recommend you to all our aged friends Ryan!

I had a problem with one door, got a wonderful response on the phone when I rang, offered a call back which I received. James rang just before arriving as promised, I was on the phone to a difficult call which I had waited all day for, so could not hang up. James was wonderful, a very patient man with my inattention, which was rude but couldn’t be helped in my case. He got on with the job, serviced both my doors for me and had the delinquent one working again, he checked my remote, he was wonderful.
