Thanks Best doors got a service man out as garage door making terrible noise he serviced door but after he left still making noise let them know and Earl came to check door not making noise now but he was happy to check and add lubricant. Also Jenny on phone was very helpful. Happy to recommend have been using this company for many years now.

A hinge broke on my garage door and needed replacing and the door needed servicing, adjusting lubricating etc. The service was fast and the attention to detail was as good as I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed.

I phoned a week ago as my roller door motor was failing. Was very impressed with the reception who explained all costs upfront and booked in for visit. Mark came today and was early, professional and got everything sorted for me. New motor, reset all my keys and gave everything a good look over and service not just the motor. They have definitely exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend. Very impressed.

In December last year we sought quotes to replace our garage door. Mark from Best Doors was especially helpful. Their quote was very competitive and their reviews on Google helped us decide to go with them. The Christmas and summer holiday shutdown meant we had to wait until 8th January before we could place our order. We visited their office showroom where Kerrie was very helpful. She helped us with advice on type of panels and colour. Shortly after emailed the amended quote and given the delay due to holidays, expedited the our order. In late. Christmas and holidays meant a backlog of orders and a couple of months wait. We were very pleased though when early February they installed the new door. Steve did an excellent job, was friendly and informative and cleaned up well afterwards. We cannot speak too highly of his work. Unfortunately one panel from the manufacturer had a small dent in it but was usable so installed. Steve apologised, took a photo of it and organised for a replacement to be made. This new panel was recently delivered by the manufacturer to Best Doors and today Ryan did a great job replacing the damaged panel with the new one and we are very pleased with the look of it.While a manufacturers problem, Best Doors from coming to quote to replacing the panel today have given totally first class service. We are very pleased with the new garage door and a big thankyou to Mark, Kerrie, Steve and Ryan for friendly and helpful service.

Some people appear to have had issues with Best Doors based in QLD but I can vouch for the Adelaide SA Best Doors team as their customer service, professionalism, product quality and reasonable pricing was second to none. Steve the salesman knows the industry well and advised us on the available products and options for or application. We required a higher height clearance for a new caravan so ended up ordering a custom sized/shaped panel lift door for our carport to replace an old roller door. The door was fitted yesterday and Steve the installer was a legend. He is obviously a man that takes pride in what he does and his workmanship is second to none. The door fits and works perfectly and looks great. I would highly recommend the Adelaide Best Doors team if you're looking for a new garage door.

I highly recommend Best Door. Steve and Ryan were professional from start to finish during the installation of a new roller motor for my existing garage door. They were just a phone call away for any services I needed.

Customer service is appalling. Once you buy and install they are generally unhelpful. Would not recommend FURTHER UPDATE: really appreciate Steven and Kevin’s assistance in getting this sorted. Control box screw was replaced and posts repaired. They also sorted out a faulty controller that needed resetting. Thank You

This review is based solely on my personal experience and opinions. We previously used East Coast Garage Doors and had a great experience, and I understand the business is now operated by Best Doors. Unfortunately, this time the sales and after-sales experience was not what I expected. There were a few issues with the installation, including the sensor posts being a different colour from what I understood would be provided. When problems arose, I was generally referred to a call centre rather than receiving direct guidance by phone or email, which I found unhelpful. When I opened the control box for the first time, the plastic screws appeared damaged. I raised this with the company but was told they would not replace them. This was disappointing given the total cost of the gate was close to $20,000. Nathan, who assisted with the installation, was excellent and suggested that the screws may not have been damaged by us, and said he would look into arranging replacements. During a phone call with one manager, another staff member joined the conversation unexpectedly, which took me by surprise. Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the company. UPDATE & REPLY: the business actually did not end up sorting some of the ongoing issues out - they refused to supply replacement parts for those that were defective. FURTHER UPDATE: really appreciate Steven and Kevin’s assistance in getting this sorted. Control box screw was replaced and posts repaired. Just had a service with Best Doors and couldn't be happier with the service. The technician (can't remember his name) was friendly, professional and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable re his product and explained everything he was doing. Will definitely get him back for our 12 monthly service. Thank you.
