1. 1. Promoter: Jaqmar Pty Ltd and Prestige Garage Doors Pty Ltd trading as Best Doors (Best Doors) is committed as the promoter of this Promotion.
   2. Terms & Conditions: Each Participant is responsible for ensuring that the Participant is familiar with and agrees to abide by the Terms & Conditions.
   3. Discount:
   a. Eligible customers will receive $150 off their new garage door and motor.
   4. Participants:
   a. To be eligible to claim the benefits of this Promotion, the Participant must purchase a door and motor product and trade in their old garage door in the one transaction between Monday 8th August 2022 (Start Date) and Close of Business on Friday 11th November 2022 (Promotion Period) to receive $150 off their purchase.
   b. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter/claim the discount.
   c. This Promotion is open to any Participant in Queensland and South Australia only.
   d. Trade customers and Employees and their immediate family members from the Best Doors Group are ineligible to participate in this Promotion.
   5. Participation of this Promotion will be deemed to have been received by Best Doors at the time of receipt by Best Doors of the Participant’s deposit payment provided the Entrant has complied with these Terms and Conditions.
   6. A limit of only 1 (one) entry per customer will be entered into the draw.
   7. This Promotion is exclusive to Best Doors only.
   8. This offer is not valid with any other Best Doors offer.
   9. Best Doors’ decision in relation to any aspect of these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion is final and binding on every Participant.
   10. Best Doors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, for any reason whatsoever.
   11. Best Doors is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any motor part, telephone network lines, computer on-line systems, communication network, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or combination thereof, including any error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission, interruption, communications failure or otherwise, injury or damage to the Participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Promotion.
   12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Best Doors excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including , but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
   a. Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Best Doors’ control);
   b. Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
   c. Any entry that is late, altered or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Best Doors;
   d. Any variation in Promotion Benefits value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions
   e. Any tax liability incurred by a Participant;
   f. Any party’s accepting or use of the Promotion Benefits.
   13. Best doors may communicate or advertise this Promotion using Facebook. However, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Participants are providing their information to Best Doors and not to Facebook. Each Participant completely releases Facebook from any liability. Best Doors may communicate the Winner/s on the Best Doors Facebook Page; announcing the Winner/s name and suburb only.
   14. Best Doors is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
